Terms of use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
The short version. Kwubble is free to play. Be kind, keep it clean enough for the room you're in, only share photos and words you have the right to share, and mind your surroundings when a game gets you moving.
1. About these terms
Kwubble is a live party-game website run by Intellstra ("Intellstra", "we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to everyone who hosts or plays a game. By using Kwubble you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
2. Using Kwubble
You don't need an account. Hosts pick a name and put a game on a shared screen; players join with the game PIN and a nickname. Kwubble is provided free of charge, for personal, social, educational and workplace get-togethers.
Children under 13 should only play with a parent, guardian or teacher hosting.
3. Hosts
If you host a game, you are responsible for:
- the packs you build or choose, including any questions, prompts and pictures in them;
- making sure the content suits the people in the room, especially if children are playing;
- using the host controls to remove players or lock a game if someone misbehaves;
- having the right to use anything you add to a pack. Don't upload material you don't own or have permission to use.
4. Players
Everything you type, draw, photograph or send during a game is shown to the room. You're responsible for it, so please don't:
- post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or threatening;
- photograph people who haven't agreed to it, or share anything private about someone else;
- use a nickname that impersonates someone or is offensive;
- try to cheat, disrupt games, overload the service, or get around its limits.
5. Play safely
Some games get you moving: hunting for photos, tilting or shaking your phone, or cheering. Watch where you're going, keep a firm grip on your device, respect the people and places around you, and never play while driving or anywhere it isn't safe. You're responsible for your own device.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the packs, answers, drawings and photos you create. By adding them to Kwubble you give us permission to store and display them as needed to run the games you choose to host or play, and nothing more.
We may remove any pack, nickname or content, reset the leaderboard, or end a game if we think it breaks these terms or the law, or to keep the service running smoothly.
7. Our content
The Kwubble name, logo, artwork, fish, game designs, starter packs and software belong to Intellstra. You're welcome to use them to play Kwubble, but not to copy, resell or build a competing service from them.
8. Availability
Kwubble is offered as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that a game will never drop. Live games run in memory, so an update or restart can end a game in progress. We may change, pause or stop any part of Kwubble at any time.
9. Our responsibility to you
Because Kwubble is free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, scores or packs. We aren't responsible for content posted by hosts or players.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Reporting a problem
If you see something on Kwubble that shouldn't be there, or think your content has been used without permission, email developers@intellstra.com with the game PIN, pack name or nickname and we'll look into it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Carrying on using Kwubble after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
